Incident Management and Interoperability Training for Security personnel

Our latest course which is CPD accredited is designed to provide the delegate with knowledge of interoperability tools and how to apply these to manage an incident.


The course begins by discussing the different levels of incidents before introducing a number of tools for managing information; building Shared Situational Awareness; Decision making and briefing; before finally highlighting the importance of organisational learning.


Delegates get the chance to apply the tools and models throughout the course with group work; scenarios and an immersive table top exercise; which builds as the day progresses.


Built around JESIP; the UK standard for interoperability; the course can be tailored to an individual organisations requirements.
